6. Do you offer meet-and-greets?

Yes! A meet-and-greet is required for all new clients. It’s a great chance for me to get to know you and your pet, discuss routines, and make sure everyone feels comfortable.

7. Can you administer medications?

Yes — I’m experienced and confident in giving oral medications and adding them to meals when required.

8. How long are dog walks?

I offer 30-minute and 1-hour walks, depending on your dog’s needs, energy levels, and routine.

9. Will my dog be walked with others?

Walks can be solo or part of a small, well-suited group depending on your dog’s temperament and your preference.

10. What happens during a drop-in visit?

Your pet gets toilet breaks, playtime, fresh food/water, cuddles, and any basic care needed. I’ll also send photos and updates so you know they’re happy and safe.

11. What do you do for overnight stays?

I follow your pet’s routine exactly as you do. I stay in your home to keep your pet comfortable in their familiar environment. I can also water plants, bring in post, and keep your home secure.

12. Do you send updates?

Yes! After every visit or walk, I send photos, videos, and a brief update so you know how your pet is doing.

13. What if my pet is nervous or shy?

No problem at all — I work with lots of nervous animals and take things at their pace. Building trust is part of the process.

14. What payment methods do you accept?

I accept bank transfer and cash. Invoices are sent before the service.

15. What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel with 24 hours’ notice for walks or visits. Overnight stays may require more notice due to limited availability.
